My journey into real estate began in 2004 when I founded Thomas Holding Group of Maryland, LLC. Starting in Baltimore, I quickly recognized the immense opportunities within the local real estate market and the potential to transform distressed properties into valuable assets for the community. With dedication and a hands-on approach, I built a company committed to offering fair and efficient solutions to homeowners.
By 2006, my entrepreneurial spirit led me to expand beyond Maryland. I established Thomas Holding Group of PA, LLC in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, to extend our mission of providing homeowners with alternatives to traditional real estate transactions. These early years were marked by growth and the excitement of building a reputation for integrity and trust.
However, the 2009-2010 real estate market crash presented unprecedented challenges. Like many others in the industry, I faced difficult decisions. Ultimately, I chose to refocus and return to Baltimore. With a renewed vision, I founded THG of MD, LLC in 2015 to rebuild stronger and more strategically. This move allowed me to concentrate on the Maryland market while laying the groundwork for future innovations.
