Founded by Tariq Thomas, THG of MD has a rich history dating back to 2002, when Mr. Thomas began buying properties in the NY/NJ/CT Tri-State area under his companies Tri State Urban Investments & the Thomas Holding Group. With an extensive background in real estate, Mr. Thomas recognized the potential for real estate investments to improve communities, and he set out to make a difference.
What We Do
Since our inception, we have successfully closed several hundred real estate transactions in multiple metropolitan areas such as Newark, NJ, Detroit, Columbus, OH, and Harrisburg, PA. Our experience has allowed us to develop a deep understanding of the industry, and we use this knowledge to help our clients achieve their real estate goals.
In 2004, we expanded our services to Maryland and began investing in the greater Baltimore area. Our commitment to community revitalization has been a driving force behind our success in this region. We have taken pride in revitalizing neighborhoods, and our efforts have been recognized by both residents and city officials.
